We took advantage of the app to start rendering remote language interpretation solutions to our clients, with multi-racial and multi-lingual staff, via the Zoom app. Thereby bridging both the distance and language gaps in communication for our clients around the world. This innovation brought a rapid increase to our customer base and demography; and saw our revenue rise astronomically within a few months.

Though we still offer our interpretation services at physical events, we have since the year 2020 specialized more on remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) through teleconferencing software; and over-the-phone interpretation (OPI).
